Our continuous product development programme has created a highly cost-effective, world-leading, non-metallic thermal insulation cladding system - ULVA Shield. It's the ideal solution for protecting thermal and acoustic insulation systems, especially in exposed environments.

ULVA Shield is a 1-mm thick polymeric compound for application over thermal insulation to any pipe or vessel arrangement. The ULVA Shield cladding is rendered completely weatherproof with the use of ULVA Bond and ULVA Seal.

ULVA Shield is supplied in conveniently sized rolls, 20 metres long and either 500mm or 1000mm wide and is complemented by the use of ULVA Pre-moulded Components.

To ensure complete confidence and efficient installation, comprehensive fitting instructions and safety data sheets are provided. Additionally, approved applicator training courses, professionally run by ULVA to ensure optimum applicator skill levels, are available.
